Over 14 year’s professional experience in Information Technology, including the last 12 in the Hedge Fund industry. Mr. Kogan began supporting Hedge Funds on behalf of RFA in 2006 as a Field Technician and was quickly promoted to support of fast growing start-up fund. Within a couple of months, becoming the site lead and was eventually hired permanently at TPG-Axon Capital, a multi-billion-dollar fund. In 2008 he was officially promoted to Manager of Support Operations for a team of employees and consultants reporting directly to the CTO. In this role managed a data center build out, maintaining numerous logical and physical security systems, oversaw vendor relationships and maintained facilities. We perfected our disaster recovery systems, allowing for full site failovers in under two hours, received and maintained SAS70 (SSAE 16) Type I and Type II certifications, SEC registration requirements, and organized bi-yearly offsite meetings for the global team. In 2014, Mr. Kogan started as a Regional Support Manager for Citco Fund Services, overseeing the infrastructure and support for over 1000 employees throughout the US. His responsibilities included day to day support and administration of 9 offices, managing disaster recovery and business continuity, and participating in global high priority incidents that arose.
